Agency Description:

Integrated Community Solutions administers WHEDA's Housing Voucher Program. The Section 8 Housing Voucher Program offers rental assistance to households renting the private market. The United States Dept. of Housing and Urban Development provides funds for the program through an Annual Contributions Contract with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority. Program regulations determine the aid a family may receive depending on the size of the family, the household income and the area reasonable rent in a relation to the size of the housing to meet the family's needs.
