Veterans Path to Hope is a non-profit resource that was created to provide hope, strengthen confidence, improve family life and uncover the options needed to meet the physical, emotional and other life challenges that many military veterans face in their daily lives. Goal is to provide them with hope, health and happiness by helping them gain access to: •Employment assistance for homeless veterans •Transitional living shelter •Support and education for veteran caregivers •Outdoors program for camaraderie and connect •Housing assistance prior to or following eviction •Delivery of food, furniture and household items •Peer support, counseling and food pantry •Supportive housing program *Disclaimer: This information is believed to be accurate as of the date of the last update.
