Agency Description:

A health and social services agency that works to confront and alleviate the effects of HIV disease in Wisconsin. Provides aggressive HIV education and prevention, access to comprehensive services for people living with HIV and AIDS such as medical, dental, behavioral health, AODA and pharmacy service; Case management and other services for people living with HIV. Lifepoint Needle Exchange, includes one for one exchange of used needles for new ones. Prevention, risk reduction and referrals for drug treatment and social services. Provides HIV and Hepatitis C on-site testing.
