Helpline staff are generally available via telephone, email, chat and/or text.
The Wisconsin Council on Problem Gambling can confidentially refer callers to current Self-Help Information (such as local meetings of Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon), Treatment Provider Referrals, Crisis Center Information, In-Patient Centers and many other community resources.
