Program Description:
Community Based Residential Facility for older adults, persons with dementia, developmental, mental health or a physical disability.
Maximum number of residents is 20. Private and double rooms.
Toiletries and transportation are provided. Provide specialized care for those with insulin, G-tube feedings, catheters and ostomy needs.
