Program Description:
Financial assistance program of Ascension and its related hospitals. Provided for medically necessary care, when there is a financial need for assistance, but do not qualify for other financial assistance programs. Works with patients to establish payment plans as needed. Any patient with out-of-pocket expenses, whether insured or uninsured, can qualify for Community Care's charity care program.
In addition, all sites owned and operated by Ascension Wisconsin give a percentage discount to our uninsured patients. The amount accepted as payment for care will be consistent with that received for patients with private insurance.
Ascension Wisconsin also works with patients to establish payment plans as needed.
