Program Description:
Offers a coordinated program of services focused on comfort care. Hospice services include; skilled nursing, social services, respite, chaplains, and bereavement counselors. Telehospice service remotely monitors your symptoms each day. Hospice-trained Telehealth nurses offer immediate support for physical and emotional concerns. Also has the Aurora Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa, the Offers a comfortable inpatient facility where compassionate care is delivered in a secure and home-like setting to patients who cannot be cared for at home or simply prefer not to be.
