Program Description:
BadgerCare Plus is Health Care insurance coverage for low-income Wisconsin residents.
The only way to know if you are able to enroll in the BadgerCare Plus Program is to apply. You can apply anytime for BadgerCare Plus and other assistance programs online at ACCESS.wi.gov. Or, you can apply in person, by phone or by mail with a paper application. Call WKRP to schedule an appointment to apply by phone or in person or if you have any questions. Because BadgerCare Plus does not have an open enrollment period, you can apply for BadgerCare Plus at any time. If you have applied in the past and you did not meet the program rules, you may want to apply again since some program rules have changed.
• A United States citizen or qualifying immigrant *Note: If you are not a citizen or a qualifying immigrant, you may be able to get help through Emergency Services or Prenatal Services Plan. Your immigration status will not be shared with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Call WKRP Call center at 1-888-794-5820.
If you choose to apply by mail, complete the BadgerCare Plus Application Packet (F-10182).
