Provides information on consumer's rights and on help that is available in areas of advertising, auto repair, door-to-door sales, home improvement, landlord/tenant, product safety, short weights, sales practices, telemarketing, telecommunications, identity theft, hazardous products, prize notices and cable television, etc.
Mediates complaints between consumers and businesses.
