Service Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm.
Scheduler available Monday- Friday, 6:30am-5:30pm. After hours reservation requests will be recorded on a voice message system. Scheduler will return call confirming trip.
Eligibility:
Kenosha County residents who are elders and people with disabilities riding east of I-94. Rides are available for medical appointments, errands, or family visits.
Fees:
$28 one-way. Pay with cash, check, or pre-pay with a credit card. Family Care funding can bill facilities directly.
Intake Process:
Ambulatory and wheelchair transport. Call to arrange a ride. Can leave requests on Voicemail. Reservations must be made 24 hrs in advance.
