Program Description:
Care Calls by CareCheckers, are daily reassurance calls for seniors, disabled people, or anyone living alone in need of daily monitoring. Care Calls can be used for medication, meal and activity reminders or just to check-in and provide some friendly conversation. The daily calls are designed to ensure the clients well being on a daily basis, and can offer a level of comfort for those who care for a loved one, when they are alone. Plans for one call per day, made Monday-Friday, cost $29.95/month. For an additional fee, clients can add up to three calls per day. Can make calls to private residences, nursing homes, or assisted living.
**Note, can also choose the Monitored Check-in plan for $14.95 per month, client calls the toll-free number, or sends an email and leave a check in message once per day, seven days per week. If CareCheckers does not receive your call by that time, they will attempt to contact you. If fail to reach you, we will then notify your contact.
Involves a 3-step process:
-The Call: Each day a live representative will call to check on the client, and see that they are doing well
-The Checkup: CareChecker staff check on health and safety issues as instructed by client. Remind clients about medications, meals, exercise, etc.
-The Update: Staff will send a client's loved one an email or text update letting them know everything is okay or if a problem is suspected.
