Program Description:
Is a partner of the Agency on Aging-Northeastern Illinois. Catholic Charities have trained specialists to provide information and assistance about local resources in Lake County, Illinois. They also act as a convenient access point for an array of service options such as: - Emergency Assistance - Rapid Re-Housing Program - Senior Case Management Services - Senior Congregate meals - Meals on Wheels - Grayslake Senior Center
