Program Description:
The Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver is available for eligible children diagnosed with developmental disabilities, severe emotional disturbances, and physical disabilities or combination of these disabilites. Offers assistance to families after they've received an eligibility notification. The Eligibility Specialist can help families connect with information on a range of topics and community resources, such as Katie Beckett. Note* Assistance with applying for a child's Disability, can be provided only if is open to CLTS services. This is not often funded, unless there are exceptional reasons a parent cannot apply for their child. Call for full details.
