Serving parents and providers of children and youth, less than 22 years of age with a physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional condition that has lasted over a year or will last that long who require more health or educational services than other children their same age.

Program Description:
The Children's Resource Center -Southeast, is located at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Information and referral services dedicated to helping families and professionals find resources for children birth to 21 years old with special needs.
Center staff also make referrals to community agencies, state and national organizations. In addition, they recommend books, videos and/or websites that may help with transition concerns, communicating with doctors, dealing with grief, employment and future planning for youth with special needs, emotional support, parenting a child with special needs and more. Recommendations about a variety of family support groups, listservs, newsletters, and training opportunities are also provided.

A lending library with over 3,000 items is available to families and providers in the Southeast Regional Center. Families and providers may email questions to CRCsoutheast@childrenswi.org and staff will respond within 2-3 business days.
