Serves patients who are in need of physical rehabilitation (physical, occupational and speech therapies) in order to improve their medical and physical health to return home, wherever that may be.
Fees:

Intake Process:
Call for intake; Clinical Liaison will evaluate the needs, collect insurance information to verify admission. The patient will be evaluated for immediate admission.

Program Description:
Serves all kinds of individuals, with a wide array of diagnoses including but not limited to: Strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis and many other medically complex conditions. The Rehab focused nuring staff can accomodate a wide range of medical complexities with a specialized rehabilitation team with focus on Physical, Occupational, and SpeechTherapies. Patients have direct physician oversight by internal medicine MD’s, Physiatrists, and other specialties.
