Program Description:
The CAP program can provide information about your rights under the Rehabilitation Act, including your rights to Vocational Rehabilitation services from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. CAP can explain the DVR processes and procedures and can advocate for you with DVR and in limited circumstatnces help with appeals of denials made by DVR. Can also provide information and technical assistance regarding your rights under Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
