Program Description:
The Comprehensive Community Services program provides an array of services and supports to individuals with a serious mental health concerns and/or substance use disorder. It is a recovery based, consumer focused community program designed to facilitate an individual's recovery by providing or arranging psychosocial rehabilitation services. Services are customized in a consumer-focused recovery plan.
Services include:
-Case management
-Communication and interpersonal skills training
-Community-living skills development and enhancement
-Employment related skill development training
-Medication management
-Physical health monitoring
-Psycho-education
-Psychotherapy
-Recovery education and illness management
-Substance abuse treatment
The program is Title 19 reimbursable and there is no cost to the consumer.
