Program Description:
Cornerstone is a non-medical, Supportive Home Care provider. Offering no minimum hour commitment, and fully trained caregivers.
Offering customized care for example:
Bathing and dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders, meals and nutrition, errands and medical appointments and more.
Specialities:
- up to 24 hour care
- Alzheimer's and Dementia Care: specially trained caregivers for the challenges of Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia; offering practical care like safety, reminders, meals and medication reminders, cognitive activities and listening.
- Palliative Care: working alongside hospice care provider to fill in the gaps and can be there around the clock; offering food and drink, temperature control, music and reading, incontinence service, bedside comfort.
