Wisconsin Residents. *Individuals enrolled in Family Care, Partnership, PACE or IRIS should request equipment through their case manager.

Program Description:
The program loans out used durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, bath chairs, commodes, etc. at no cost. Equipment may be borrowed for as long as needed, to Wisconsin residents in need. To borrow the equipment a signed liability waiver form must be completed. **Individuals enrolled in Family Care, PACE, Partnership and IRIS should request equipment through these programs first. Call for full details.** ** If you are Not a Wisconsin resident, please contact your local ADRC for options in your area. ** Delivery within Kenosha County only, may be available only on Tuesday/Thursdays IF a Volunteer is available, excluding holidays and bad weather, on a case by case basis only. Donations of used medical equipment in good condition are always needed and accepted and dropped off at the ADRC office. Monetary donations are also accepted. SD, Loan Closet
