Program Description:
The Equal Rights Division enforces laws prohibiting discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodations, and the state's family and medical leave law. Enforces labor standard laws pertaining to minimum wage, overtime pay, time payment of wages, employment of minors, and notification of business closings or mass layoffs.
