Program Description:
Provides community-based education in the areas of horticulture,agriculture and local foods,health and well-being, nutrition, food security, youth development, environmental education, leadership development and community development.
Offers Planning AHEAD which is an end-of-life planning curriculum for all ages, is a 7 session program to help participants understand how to prepare for the end of life for themselves or a loved one, and why it's important to have a plan in place.
