Program Description:
The Family Care program is offered by Community Care, Inc (CCI). It offers a wide variety of long-term care services, making it possible for seniors and adults with physical and/or developmental disabilities to live more independently at home or other community settings. Family Care allows services to be tailored to person's needs, circumstances and preferences.
