Anyone in need of non-emergency medical transport (ambulatory, wheelchair, bariatric or stretcher-gurney)
Fees:
Private pay: $39.99 each way (Kenosha County Transportation); Accepts debit or credit card. **Accepts Medicaid and private insurance, call for details.
Intake Process:
Ambulatory, wheelchair, bariatric or stretcher-gurney transport. Please call 48 hrs in advance, to arrange transportation. At times, may be able to accomodate same day transports. *Prior authorization is needed for non-emergency medical rides, to be billed to Medicaid (T19). If you have Medicaid, call MTM to schedule this ride at 1-866-907-1493. If you are enrolled in Family Care or Partnership, call your case manager.

Program Description:
Offers non-emergency medical, and non-medical door to door transportation. Types can be ambulatory, wheelchair transport, bariatric transport or stretcher-gurney transport. From state-of-the-art ambulatory vehicles providing seamless mobility for those who can walk independently, to specialized wheelchair-bound vehicles designed to accommodate individuals with mobility challenges, every journey is imbued with care and accessibility.
