Program Description:
Good Days from CDF, exists to improve the health and quality of life of patients with chronic disease, cancer, or other life-altering conditions. Helps under-insured patients with chronic disease, cancers or life-altering conditions obtain the expensive medications they need. Assists patients throughout he United States who meet income qualification guidelines and have private insurance or a Medicare Part D plan but cannot afford the co-payments for specialty therapeutics. Assists by paying part of the patient's out of pocket costs directly to the provider. Supports patients with more than a dozen different diseases, and ability to support is dependent on funding availability. Call or access website for details and to apply. - Copay Assistance Cover what insurance does not- the copays for treatments that can extend life and alleviate suffering. Our ability to pay for otherwise unaffordable co-insurance means these extraordinary medicines- some of the most sophisticated treatments in healthcare, the result of years of research- can fulfill the promise for which they were developed. - Travel Assistance Transportation costs can be a significant barrier to treatment access. The Good Days Travel Assistance program pays for travel costs to ensure patients have access to the care they need. - Premium Assistance Patients fighting chronic or life-altering diseases are often forced into financially demanding situations. The Good Days Premium Assistance program provides assistance to patients who need help paying their monthly medical insurance premiums. - Diagnostic Testing Assistance Many insurance plans do not cover diagnostic testing which could be key in obtaining a proper diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan. For this reason we offer financial assistance to cover the costs of diagnostic testing. SD, PP, Health & Wellness
