Program Description:
In addition to regular packaging of medication, the Good Value Pharmacy also offers the Patient Adherence and Competency of Therapy (PACT) program, which is designed specifically to help patients make sure they understand and follow a medication regimen and treatment plan. PACT has three main features: - Patient-friendly packaging - Free Monthly profile review - Free home delivery, to Kenosha,Racine and Walworth county The goal for PACT is to improve medication understanding and adherence in order to enhance the quality of life of patients, reduce the rate of emergency department visits and hospital re-admissions, and promote a culture of health competency and responsibility.
