Eligibility:
Services available for youth clients ages 8 and up, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. If someone is struggling to survive a loss, contact for resources and support or to schedule a counseling appointment.

Program Description:
Horizon’s Grief Resource Center serves as a safe haven for individuals and families who have suffered the death of someone significant in their lives. They offer short-term individual and family counseling by appointment, professional referrals for long-term counseling or other resources; support groups for various types of loss, resource library (in person and online), outdoor gathering space, wellness activities, quarterly newsletter, and presentations and educational programs throughout the community. Support Groups, workshops and activity schedules are available on the website or via phone (some programming provided virtually).
