To qualify for assistance, you must have some form of health insurance — such as private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare — that covers part of the cost of your treatment.
HealthWell does not consider Health Savings Accounts, Health Retirement Accounts or drug discount cards to be insurance. The Foundation will refer patients without prescription insurance to other programs, such as drug company patient assistance programs. Call for details.
HealthWell considers your household income, the number in your household and the cost of living in your city or state. We assist individuals with household incomes up to 300 to 500 percent of the federal poverty level

Program Description:
Provides financial assistance to eligible individuals, to cover coinsurance, co-payments, health care premiums and deductibles for certain treatments. The Heath Well Foundation assists with numerous disease states and medications which are always changing based on funding availability. Call for current program information and details or check current list of diseases there are open funds for. www.healthwellfoundation.org
When health insurance is not enough, we’re here to help — with copays, premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses for supplies, supplements, surgeries and more. We offer financial assistance through a number of Disease Funds, with new funds opening every year, so you can get the care you need.
