Program Description:
The Assistive Technology Center is part of the Kay Eckstein Speech and Hearing Center which provides integrated hearing healthcare for clients needing audiology services and/or consultation services for assistive technology equipment to be used in the home, work, or other environments. The team includes four doctors of audiology and three technology consultants. They work together to determine what works best for the clients based on their hearing loss and communication needs. One staff member is fluent in American Sign Language and can communicate with Deaf clients. Our center staff are also able to assist you with Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program (TEPP) applications and equipment selection. Emergency Response
