Services provided: - Home Buyer Education classes - Pre and post purchase counseling - Credit counseling - Down payment and Closing cost grant assistance - Home ownership preservation programs - Foreclosure prevention counseling- Partner with Home Ownership Preservation Foundation (HOPE) SD, PP, Handout: Housing Counseling.
