Program Description:
First Person Care Consultants is a nonprofit organization and certified IRIS Consultant Agency (ICA). Provide experienced consultants to support IRIS Wisconsin participants as they self-direct programming for services. IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) IRIS is Wisconsin's Self-directed Supports Program for older people and adults with disabilities. IRIS builds upon the belief that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the right to lead a meaningful life. You determine what your meaningful life looks like, including where you live, the job you want, the people you spend time with and how you are involved in your community. First Person Care, an IRIS consultant agency, serves IRIS participants in Wisconsin who are determined to be eligible. The agency is designed to empower you and support you in making meaningful choices in your life.
