The Information and Assistance (IA) Specialists can help with a variety of concerns. Services can be provided in the ADRC office, over the phone, or by email. IA Specialists provide Information on a wide range of topics, including:
Access to publicly funded programs
Options Counseling
Youth Transition Services
Information and Assistance (IA) Specialists provide unbiased information on a wide range of topics and services. Examples include:
-Caregiving resources
-FoodShare
-Home health care
-Housing
-Medicaid
-Senior dining programs
-Social Security Disability
-Transportation
