Program Description:
Integrated Community Solutions administers WHEDA's Housing Voucher Program. The Section 8 Housing Voucher Program offers rental assistance to households renting the private market. The United States Dept. of Housing and Urban Development provides funds for the program through an Annual Contributions Contract with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority. Eligibility is based upon income. All applicants must pass HUD restrictions concerning legal residence, violent, drug related and alcohol related crimes. Lifetime sex offenders are not eligible for the voucher program. Eligible households will have their name placed on the waiting list for that jurisdiction. SD, Subsidized Housing
