Eligibility:
We serve adults who require assistance with activities of daily living, including both ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals. Residents must be medically stable and appropriate for care in an Adult Family Home setting.

Private pay, contracted with iCare, and Inclusa. Working on contract with My Choice.
