Program Description:
The Kenosha County Housing Authority serves residents of Kenosha County, outside of Kenosha City limits. (ex. Somers, Pleasant Prairie and west of I 94).
Programs:
*Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program
Provides housing rehab and modification loans for income eligible individuals. No interest and deferred payment as long as owner-occupied.
*Homestead Opportunity Loan Program
Interest free loans available for down payment and closing costs, to low and moderate income renters for the purchase of a single-family home in Kenosha County outside of the City of Kenosha. Program participants will receive a loan at zero percent interest and payment will be deferred as long as owner occupied.

* Fox River Floodplain Mitigation Program
Purchases homes in the floodplain along the Fox River and assists homeowners in relocating.
