*Medicare can be billed for Flu shot; The clinic is able to provide influenza shots for children under 19yrs old if they have Medicaid or no insurance. Adults over 18yrs old if they don't have any health insurance that pays for vaccines.

Program Description:
Services are designed to prevent disease and promote health. Individuals are seen in clinics, homes, preschool / daycare settings, schools, and work places as well as in the Kenosha County Public Health offices on a walk-in-basis. Provides information and services regarding, communicable diseases, medication/needle disposal, school health services, family and child health programs and the Wisconsin Well Woman program. Call for full details.
A Public Health Nurse is available for the following walk-in services at the Division of Health Nurse of the Day Clinics:
- Health Education
- Immunization Services
-Pregnancy Testing
-Blood Pressure Monitoring
-Childhood Lead Testing
-TB Skin Testing (not given on Thursdays)
-Dental Varnishing (fluoride application)
-Laboratory Testing (select blood & urine testing)
-Well Child Exams (walk-ins at the Wellness Center only)
