Program Description:
Provides outpatient primary care services and some outpatient mental health services for veterans.
Parent Facility: North Chicago VA Medical Center. Veterans who need complex diagnostic tests or care by a specialist will be referred to North Chicago or Milwaukee VA Medical Centers.
