Individuals who are advanced aging, developmentally disabled, pregnant women who need counseling, terminally ill, traumatic brain injury, emotionally disturbed, and/or those with chronic mental illness.

Program Description:
State licensed Community Based Residential Facilities. Several Kenosha locations, each with specific licensed specialty programs, call for full details. Locations: Kindred Living of Kenosha- House I Kindred Living of Kenosha-House II Kindred Living of Kenosha-House lll 6024 18th Avenue 5905 19th Avenue 1834 60th Street Kenosha, WI 53143 Kenosha, WI 53140 Kenosha, WI 53140 Offering: o 24-hour awake staff supervision o Therapeutic diet management o Home style meals prepared in-house o Medication management and education o Registered Nurse available 24 hours a day o Individual care management with involvement from outside agencies o Structured in-house activity program o Community based program and leisure activities o Support services such as Occupation Therapy or Physical Therapy, as needed, provided outside of the facility. o Transportation to all appointments or outside therapies. o Assistance with ADLs o In-house laundry facilities o Assistance: with personal budgeting, assistance obtaining all funding sources available to each individual such as, social security, healthcare, and DVR.
