Program Description:
Community Based Residential Facility, serving men and women age 55 and over, with maximum capacity of 50 residents. Offers shared and private rooms, and could accommodate a couple. Staff can assist with transfers, including 2-person and mechanical lifts. Staff Availability - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to provide assistance and supervision. Life Enrichment Program - A variety of activities are offered to residents and their visitors. Dining Services - Three nutritious meals per day are offered and snacks are always available. A Registered Dietician is available for those with special needs. Room service is available for those residents feeling under the weather. Therapy Services - Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy are available through outside contractors, should the need arise. Medical Needs - We have a Medical Director who oversees the care and services at The Legacy. Optional optometry, podiatry, and audiology are available in-house. Emergency Call System - Located in each resident room and bathroom so staff can assist when needed. Security - Security is on-site after hours, typically 7 days per week. SD, Assisted Living, PP
