Program Description:
Library Terrace is continuum of care assisted living community located in a residential neighborhood on the south side of Kenosha. The Library Terrace Apartments is a 26 unit, Certified Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) for people age 60 and older. This single story building offers Deluxe Studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Residents are encouraged to do as much as possible for themselves to maintain functional independence for as long as possible.
- Offers up to 28 hours of services per week depending on the needs of the resident with 4 levels of care including management of diabetics (sliding scale) personal care, medication management, chef-managed fine dining plus daily social, recreational and spiritual activities.
- Full Time RN on staff.
- Small pets are accepted for a fee at the Apartments.
- Residents who need a higher care level over time may be accommodated at the Suites (a Community Based Residential Facility) located on the same campus.
