Program Description:
Library Terrace is a continuum of care assisted living community located in a residential neighborhood on the south side of Kenosha. The Library Terrace Suites is a 20 unit, a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) for higher needs individuals age 60 and older. These single-occupancy Deluxe Suites feature appliances such as a refrigerator and microwave and include an accessible, private bathroom. Seniors who need more staffing attention due to complex medical needs, require assistance with transferring from a wheelchair or support due to memory loss may be candidates for the Suites. Services include assistance with all personal care needs, medication management, incontinent care, diabetic management. Services also include 3 chef-prepared meals per day plus snacks and daily social, recreational and spiritual activities. Accepts a limited number of residents in the Family Care/Medicaid Waiver program - please call to check availability. Located on the same campus as the Apartments (RCAC) which serve higher functioning individuals with less intensive care needs.
*If you are applying for or think you will need to apply for public funding, please be aware that you will likely have to contribute to your care costs, and could be left with a minimal amount of funds for personal spending each month. It may be beneficial to contact the Kenosha County ADRC (262-605-6646), for a Long Term Care Consultation prior to committing to an apartment.
