Program Description:
Non-medical caregiving and end-of-life doula services for older adults and individuals with serious or life-limiting illness. Services include companionship, emotional and spiritual support, Dementia and Alzheimer's care, respite support for family caregivers, and guidance through the end-of-life process. Assist with advance care conversations, legacy and life-review work, vigil support, and presence during active dying. Services are offered in private homes, assisted living, and hospice settings.
