Program Description:
The Medigap Part D and Prescription Drug Helpline is operated by the Wisconsin Board on Aging and Long Term Care. Helpline counselors are available to provide information and assistance to Wisconsin Medicare beneficiaries of all ages and their families regarding the various Medicare prescription drug programs, including costs, eligibility and benefit coverage. Helpline counselors can assess eligibility for low income assistance, Wisconsin Senior Care, importation drug services, and other prescription drug options. In addition, the Helpline provides information and assistance with Medicare prescription drug complaints, grievances, appeals and enrollment problems.
