- NFB Newsline Program: NFB-Newsline provides immediate access to local and national newspapers for the blind. This service enables those who can not read conventional print to have access to newspapers. The service is accessed through a touch-tone phone and dialing a toll-free number. The service is free to individuals who are blind/low vision. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and Wisconsin State Journal are available through this service. Many major and national newspapers such as USA Today, Wall Street Journal, New York Times.
