Serves people with multiple sclerosis and their families, friends and health care professionals. Services include: - Community resources and disease information Ask an MS Navigator - Educational programs, teleconferences and webinars - Advocacy - Support groups - Online Support group - Financial Assistance - Self Help Groups - MS Friends: connects you with supportive volunteer who understands life with MS nationalMSsociety.org/MSFriends - Educational series for the newly diagnoses - Peer supporters - Programs for the children whose parent has MS SD
