Patients with neurological conditions including but not limited to Parkinson's, MS, Stoke, brain injury, balance and dizziness.
Fees:
Accepts Medicare and Private Insurance, call for details. Exercise classes are not covered by insurance. Exercise class membership is private pay. Monthly membership, provides access to exercise classes led by our expert therapists multiple times each week.

Program Description:
Offers neurologic specilaty clinic services, PT/OT/Speech Therapy, dry needling for pain management, Wellness Services and exercise and Educational groups: - Strength and Stabilty: Tuesdays 2:00pm-2:45pm and Thursdays 10:00am-10:45am focusing on general strengthing and conditioning to promote improved balance. - Focus and Flexibility: Wednesday 12:15-1:00pm, targets flexibility, core stability and focused breating to help promote improved range of motion, decreased aches and pains and improved mindfulness. - PWR! Moves: Tuesdays and Fridays 1:00pm-1:45pm and Fridays focuses on posture, flexibility, balance, strength, and functional movement. - Cardio: Mondays 3:15pm-4:00pm, a fun way to incorporate aerobic exercise into your weekly routine and will include use of interval training and circuits. Improve your endurance and activity tolerance in a lively group setting. Exercises performed in class will be primarily standing, but can be modified to accommodate previous injuries and no previous experience is necessary. - Rock Steady Boxing: Mondays 2:00pm-2:45pm and Wednesdays 11:00am-11:45am. A non-contact boxing program designed for those with Parkinson's to improve quality of life through exercises that enhance balance, strength, agility, and overall fitness. - Parkinson's Disease Education and Support Group: last Wednesday of the month 3:00pm-4:00pm, meet to learn more about a different topic related to Parkinson's disease. Join us to learn, discuss, meet other people affected by Parkinson's disease, and be supported in your health and wellness goals.
