Call for current Monthly base rate and Medication Management fees. Persons requiring additional supportive services are charged a "Level of Care Fee" in addition to the base rate. Respite rate is $250.00/day and includes all basic and supportive services.

Program Description:
Community based residential facility for the frail elderly. This community serves those with Dementia with wandering tendancies, not exit seeking. Wander guard system in place.
Maximum number of residents: 20.
