Program Description:
NovaCare Prosthetists design, fit, and supervise the fabrication of custom artificial limbs, or prostheses, for people with congenital or acquired amputations, allowing children and adults to pursue active, productive lives, enhanced by self-esteem, mobility and independence. Experienced Orthotists and Prothetists design and custom-fit a wide variety of orthopedic braces and artifical limbs and support systems for people of all ages with joints and muscle groups weakened by injury, illness, neuromuscular conditions, or the effects of aging.
