Program Description:
Provides supportive home care services to older adults and persons with disabilities in their home. Staff can provide assistance with bathing and dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, shopping, errands and incidental transportation to religious services, social events and medical appointments. Can provide Service Packages such as Wake-up, Midday, Supper or Bedtime Services and can accommodate 24/7 continuous care if needed. Call for package details. SD, PP, SHC
