Program Description:
Offers remote supports to help individuals increase their independence an autonomy, while balancing the things that are important to and for them. SafeinHome Remote Supports blends around-the-clock remote supports staff with assistive and sensor devices to enable independent living—in the least restrictive way. Remote Supports Services gives people the tools and support they need to live on their own terms while reducing risks. It uses skilled off-site support staff and assistive technology tools to provide support in the home or in the community.
