Program Description:
-Meal Options for anyone age 60 or older (UNDER 60: spouses/partners of an eligible participant, and/or disabled adults who reside with an eligible participant are welcome to join us for meals): **Call the number for the site you wish to reserve a meal at, or call the main office at 262-658-3508 to make a reservation for any site. All reservations must be made one day in advance, by 10:00 a.m. **Carepool and LINK-Western Kenosha County Transit nutrition site service: Door-to-door accessible rides to Kenosha County senior meal sites. Rides are $1.00 each way. Carepool Innovations, Inc, 262-278-6455 or LINK-Western Kenosha County Transit, 1-888-203-3498. In-Person Meal Sites: Meals are served promptly at the time listed. Meals are offered for a suggested donation of $5.00 WESTOSHA SENIOR CENTER: 262-358-5554 19200 93rd Street, Bristol, WI Meals served at 11:30 am, M-F *Offers free Blood Pressure screening. KENOSHA SENIOR CENTER: 262-351-6246 2717 67th Street, Kenosha, WI Meals served at 11:30 am, M-F *Offers free Blood Pressure screening. PARKSIDE REEDEMER CHURCH: 262-552-7737 2620 14th Place, Kenosha, WI Meals served at 11:30 am, M-F * Offers free Blood Pressure screening. LAKESIDE TOWERS: 262-455-7919 5800 3rd Avenue, Kenosha, WI Meals served at 11:00 am, M-F Hot and Cold Carry-Out Meal Sites: Diners can drive up and pick up 2 meals during the pick-up timeframe.
